escrow account. |

发帖数: 426 | 6 1.PF = Provident Funding, it is a lender and they offer very very low rate.
2. An escrow account is one that is established to hold separate funds for
the purpose of paying bills such as homeowner's insurance and property taxes.
3. The rate will be better if you set up an escrow account with the lender.
