是不是让他提前发个文件给我们看看比较好，这样好知道具体的数目，和closing，
funding的时间？那个是叫HUD文件吗？

就是想是不是该要个文件看一下,确定是不是no cost,还有带多少钱去close 之类的.

发帖数: 1879 | 4 Loan agent should send you the closing estimation with all the costs listed.
Even it is no cost refinance, you might still need to bring some funds in
for unpaid property taxes, insurance if need to renew or the interests for
both lenders you have to pay before closing.... It is not HUD but closing
cost estimation. Agent has to send you that otherwise you will not know how
much money you need to bring to escrow.

计了一个数字，他自己也说只是大概的，并不准确。
