2. House value
3. Most recent credit score(s).
4. Property type [SFR | Townhouse | Detached Condo | Attached Condo].
5. Occupancy [Primary Home | 2nd Home | Investment Property].
6. Immigration status [Citizen | Green Card | H1B | Other].
