searching report 看看，自己也留个备份（相信也不会有问题了，要不然银行也不会
带给我们），我们先问了buyer agent一下，但是这是我们buyer agent的回复,怎么觉
得很奇怪呢，大家帮忙看看好吗？
“All Attorneys only provide their clients, buyers) the title policy at the
closing table and when it is paid. Right now the house is still under the
seller's name and title. I have never ever seen a buyer ask a copy of title
or title search report from their attorney...I don't think it is appropriate
to ask and it will create issue.”
大家买房都不看那个title searching report 吗？ |

发帖数: 3523 | 2 说实话，要求看title的客人还真没碰到过。。。不觉得不能给客人看，只是觉得客人
也未必看得明白，还瞎担心。
比如，中国人重名儿的多，很多人search回来会有一些法庭记录，一般情况下律师会做
份声明说明那些都是错的，不关客人事，在closing的时候签一下就可以了。如果客人
在没有准备的情况下看到有那么多乱七八糟名字在自己的title search上，八成儿会不
停打电话给attorney要求尽快搞定云云。。。
title 相关的大部分文件，在做loan期间，都是跟lender有关系的，自然有lender把关
，borrower不需要担心。另外，如果客人有问题，连title insurance公司都不会批准
这个insurance的。
在closing之后数月，buyer attorney会把deed连同owner's title insurance的文件给
buyer。到时候看也来得及。 |

paid" 因为你还没付钱，他就不给你。

that's good. I assume it's a clear title without any exceptions or
encumbrances that could possibly raise a buyers concern...
