发帖数: 426 | 4 1.一般会高出0.125%左右.(如果LTV<=60%的情况下,可以拿跟普通refinance一样的利率)
2.可以做no cost,但也需要看贷款本身的情况(贷款额,LTV,信用分数等)
3.如果是Cash out Refinance,每个银行充许的最大LTV不完全一样,像Provident
Funding,如果是loan amount<=417K的贷款,the Cash Out Maximum LTV is 80%.

on your property type/credit score/programs/lenders you choose....etc
In general, cashout refinance rate will be same as the regular refinance
rate if your new cashout LTV (new cashout loan amount To appraisal value) is
60% or less.
if your new LTV is more than 60%, you will have 0.75 point hit, means if you
wanna get same rate, you have to pay 0.75% cost. in another word, if you
wanan choose no cost refinance, your rate will be 0.25% higher.
The maxium cashout LTV can be 80%, but it varies from lender to lender.
You can do the no cost cashout, as long as your are Ok with higher rate.
Most lenders only do conforming cashout and only few lenders can deal with
super conforming cashout, if they do, you will have the cashout amount upper
limit.
