第一次买房,看上的一个房子的county记录上的finished square feet比MLS上的小~10
%。
listing agent的解释如下:
“the builder did that on all the plans that added improvements including
the expanded lofts. They never changed sq. ftg. Because they sold them so
quickly they never changed with city and most people never wanted to change
that way they did not get assessed for additional sq ftg assessments!”
感觉listing agent不应该说谎。实际的面积Loan appraisal的时候会量。不过还是不
太踏实。要是到时候量出来的比MLS低,我们交的定金还可以要的回来吗?
我们的buy agent觉得不必去county去改。因为改了的话以后的税会高。可是税不是根
据现在的成交价来定的吗?
