to them, because of their undisclosed criminal history or undisclosed debt/
collections, they don't think they did anything wrong when lie about their
background. |

或者你收申请的时候就筛选young profession和grad student，或者中国人，这些人是
最不会赖钱的
如果找不到上述的类型，只能说你出租的location不好了。。。
