After several heavy rainstorms in March 2012 there was a small amount of
water in the corner of the basement leaking where the piping comes through
the house. We had contacted you for a repair referral and you recommended
D Basement Waterproofing. The receipt details the work but I will summarize
. DBW dug down about 6 feet outside to expose the pipe connection. This
was a crucial step in ensuring the water proofing. They removed the old
cement patch and added a new moisture barrier seal. On the inside they
removed the old patch and replaced with hydrolic cement.
Since this remediation there has not been even a drop of water.
