We prefer to paint in the middle of the floor refinishing process. We like
to handle all the messy work like removing wallpaper, heavy wall repair or
any major carpentry and framing first. Then we sand the floors and apply
two coats. Then we handle the light carpentry and interior painting work.
We protect the floors during this stage and finally we return to apply the
final coat of polyurethane." |

是要擦一遍墙，漆没干就更糟了
