explicitly.
the closing cost will be higher if they do it in the beginning of a month. B
ut the total cost won't be much different.
so if your money is a bit short after the big down payment, choose the end o
f the month. otherwise, no real difference.

发帖数: 1184 | 10 从贷款的角度来说，lender会要求把pre-paid interest收到这个月的最后一天。月底
，月中和月初close的区别是：
月底: Pre-paid interest 会付的较少。比如8月29号close，那么就只用付3天。
月中：Pre-paid interest 大概会付十几天
月初：两种情况，如果选择first payment date是下个月的1号，那么lender会先把这
个月close day之前几天的interest返还给借款人，然后再收一个月的mortgage
payment；如果选择first payment date是下下个月的1号，那么lender会直接收20多天
的pre-paid interest到月底。
所以说，如果您想多preserve一点cash，可以选择月底close。大概您的agent的意思是
月末escrow公司和lender比较忙，所以怕他们忙不过来影响您的closing。
