Credit check: $12.83
Tax Service: $85
Flooding zone check: $3.9
Attorney office charge total: $1435
Attorney fee: $900
overnight: $115
Notice of Settlement: $60
Flood search: $20
Phone/fax/postage: $40
Closing Clearance (what is this ?, anybody know?) $150
Power attorney: $100
Wire fee: $50

还包括settlement fee?其次Attorney Fee和Attorney Office Charge一共有$2,335,
是不是有些重复?Power of Attorney如果不委托其他人签字的话应该不用收;再就是
Flood serch和Flooding zone是否重复收了?
