But most owners of the houses are actually one owner.
I found that the first owners listed by zillow are the construction company.
why zillow list the construction company as first owner?
I also found one house, in 2005, the sale price for the construction
company is $233k
but in 2006, the sale price for the owner is $167k.
Actually, this is new house, no one moved in before the owner moved in.
But why there is huge difference between the two sale prices?
Normally, the bargain margin for a new house is relatively small, not like
$60k difference out of $233k. | c**********e
