when I said '报警', I meant 'giving an alert' only, not 'reporting to police

not sure if that worth the trouble. you will get a lot of false alarms:
birds, squirrels, wind, snow/rain, delivery people, street cars ... the
signal you want is buried in the background noise.
maybe you can use a thermal camera to only pick up living targets, but a
thermal camera costs thousands.
