老美agent 返还5000 credit. 但不给现金， 只能用在 closing。
我问了几家中国人的 loan officer, 他们做的都是没有费用的， 觉得4500吃不下来。
我担心credit会浪费大半， 有什么好的办法？ 如果选银行的， 查了一下closing fee
大概有四五千， 实在不行就只能去银行了。
请问有什么办法用这5000刀在closing上, 比如能用在首付吗， lender policy of
title insurance, tax, escrows... ?
用不完就作废了

cost 里的吗？不同地方不一样，放狗搜了底下这个,你看一下心里就有数了：

rebate都会用完，各种保险，各种税费以及给title company的钱多着呢 | h********e
