I am considering the following two options. Appreciate your suggestion!
1. We do not have a cleanout point, and the only main access is on the roof.
To help cleaning up the pipe, would you think adding a house cleanout
access point without changing the pipe be good enough? The cost is about 800
~1000.
2. Changing the pipe costs about $4500 including all permits and
installation of 2 cleanouts to the property line. Does that seems reasonable
? Thanks. |

pipe.

从家到STREET的管子我全换了，因为太老，好多地方都CRUMBLE了

方案2当然比1好。因为方案1只是临时解决方案，树根还会长，你需要隔一两年就清理
一次，看树根生长的速度。现在的管道都是塑料管道，都是全封闭的，如果不破损，树
根不会往里长。

easy to dig out, that's why it is not super expensive.
