Home Depot 有卖的，叫 plumbers grease. 防渗漏的效果还好。录像里用凡士林，可
能不如这个silicon grease，凡士林可能会让橡胶老化。

加水的漏，如果这样，你会看到水面齐overflow 的管子。根据你的描述，还是下面漏
水。
还有选择flapper，要选择柔软一点的。我买的就是他录像里的那个牌子。Home Depot
有卖。

to adjust the refill valve's stopping mechanism, you may not need to replace
it if the refill valve only needs adjustment.
