I see flame (this means a lot of parts are working) and blower works, but
the air is not warm air.

如果是，那么可能是heat exchanger shut off, 有可能是filter太脏了，或者太密了
， 或者控制阀门，过载温度计坏了。

has 4 terminal for wire, but he uses 4 wires to connect the 24v thermostat
C=not connected
G=connects to green
Y=connects to black (this could be the furnace)
W=white
R=red
I did more experiments:
1. turn thermostat from off to heat: blower start immediately, but no heat
2. turn thermostat from heat to off: blower stops after a few seconds delay,
but during the few seconds, I swear it is warm air.
attached are some images, I label them A,B,C,D,...,G,H so that we can refer
them to discuss.

this is some kind of safety mechanism. I assume as soon as this fan stops,
then the hot air would come out. How to make this fan stop?

I expect there is no 24V low volt power to the coil, but the contactor
somehow has shorted the contacts (closed the switch) providing power to the
AC. Is this your diagnosis strategy? This would be a good thing to check,

I have
the circuit diagram, I spent some time tracing the circuit, I found the
electrician made two mistakes connecting the thermostats. The first mistake
was the Y and W wires at the thermostats were shorted (the control wires are
stranded type, he did not do a clean job), the second mistake was he
swapped Y and W. This would explain why I can see flame and the contactor is
turned on.
Now the heat is working!!!
