从来没收到过这样的NOTICE，IRS要我签字，就是要
waive PETITION TAX COURT, 谁有过这个经验阿？？

Why are you receiving the letter? Check their number. If the number is not
correct, you could always call them or write them.

I already wrote to them 3 letters but IRS just disagree
now they may send it to the TAX court.

年后才跟我联系，加上利息，我欠他们$$$$，好像是个四位数，呵呵
我当时是比较及时地回他们的信，然后尽量把情况解释清楚。后来也就好了。
你的情况比我的复杂，不过你如果证据充分，耗时间精力之后应该会有好结果的吧。你
如果不明白怎么会接受这样的信，你最好直接给他们打电话问，然后再写信。打电话的
时候记住对方的工号和名字。
我都是问美国同事问出来的，这样的事情在他们身上，身边多了去了，没事，慢慢能解

NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY" or responding to other inquiries from them? Once you
receive the "NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY", there is a "DEADLINE DATE" included in
the letter. If you haven't respond to the letter of "NOTICE OF DEFICIENCY"
before, you could start writing letter or Fax. Fax is the fastest way.
If you haven't heard back from them before the deadline, go straight to Tax
court before the deadline with your supporting docum
