is very competitive. On the contrary, HW is more diversified and less
homework, that's why my coli's most talented kids selected the later.

appreciation in account?
$300k seems to too much for private school, whose tuition (day) is around $
25k. but maybe in 10 yrs, it might just double or triple. :)

this point, it is still the affordability issue. But, some of the kids go
to the public school because they can not get the admission of private
school! (The private schools have very hard admission exam)

school??
The people live in San Marino/Arcadia send their kids to private school 2,
because they are rich people or the top middle class...if you can only
afford one of both, so choose one...if you can afford none of both, don't
worry about it...

kids to private school (even from kindergarten) and knew a little bit
private school system' processing. (Before I just only know which school
district is good)

because they are rich people or the top middle class...if you can only

这些人的钱不用完，死后要交大笔的ESTATE TAX，而出钱给小孩的费用是不用交GIFT
TAX的，所以当然去最好的私立学校，从PRIMARY SCHOOL到高中，如果袓父母能DONATE
几千万的给名校，上个名校也不是问题。
一般人家里有3-4个小孩的，哪有这种实力。 |

贷款买房的人，就算你买小点的，能省多少头款？
现实是有这么多现金的人一定会买1M的房子，因为他们的生活圈的人都这样的。

的牛孩子：12岁就自学了微积分。
