我的车下个月要renew，
09年买的车，听说两年后要做smog check
什么时候能收到renewal notice
好像说dmv现在对七月份以后renew的不再提起两个月发通知了；有谁是七月份的，大
概什么时候知道？ |

去年renew的时候，早早收到了信，今年估计会晚一些，看dmv办公室里面有牌子说七
月份后到期的，不再提前两个月发信了
