small environmental technology company located in Los Angeles area (Southern
California) is seeking a full time front office coordinator. Working hours
are 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday (40h/week).
Sponsor H1b after 6 months' evaluation.
Job Description:
- Greet clients & answer Phones
- Compose/send correspondence, including emails, business letters, and faxes
- Generate/maintain reports
- Provide customer service as required
- Take & process orders
- General book-keeping, maintain accounts receivables
Qualifications:
- Highly detail oriented and organized.
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills REQUIRED
- Reliable and committed.
- No experience required. We will train.
