我家LD也是刚接触这个行业，对于工资情况也不太情况。职位应该是初中级水平，工作
职责应该是啥都要做。
我们的想法是给个文科硕士毕业后的平均水平，如果提年薪60k是不是太多了，还是太

different title, degree alone won't actually give you a boost of salary. i.
e., B.S. in Chemistry works in a lab as a technian makes about the same as a
PHD works in a lab as a technician.
few titles from an average auction house:
administrator - 24k ~ 50k, average 39k median pay
junior specialist - 38k ~ 46k, avg 42k median pay
specialist (with few yrs of exp I assume) - 50k ~ 85k, avg 61k median pay
type in your LD's company name in Glassdoor.com, usually it's pretty
accurate, I'm guessing ~ 40k for average US pay, maybe ~ 50k for LA. |
