I'd much rather go with what I said :) It's much better than getting married

should be really careful. 2-3 years is a good time to know somebody. I would
suggest not doing long-distance at all for marriage purposes. 99% of the
time, long-distance are based on some kind of material motives from one side
, with the immigration benefits being the most common ones in US.

必2-3年了。我觉得10个月左右讨论婚姻的问题不算早。当然到真正结婚肯定还是有一
段距离的。只是约会1年没有任何关于未来的探讨和共识，觉得不太靠谱。
