My recommendation:
1. Elizabeth M. Slayter, Henry S. Slayter, Light and Electron Microscopy,
Cambridge University Press, 1992. (clear and concise, unified picture on both
light and electron microscopy.)
2. Linda C. Sawyer, David T. Grubb, Polymer Microscopy, Chapman & Hall, 1987.
(have a lot of details for polymer scientists.)
3. Atlas of Polymer Morphology, Arthur E. Woodward, Oxford University Press,
1989. (show of some nice picture, don't buy it, borrow it from library).
