发帖数: 533 | 3 没有做过SAXS的。做过相变中小角光散射的处理。权且抛砖引玉：
和你不同的是没有取向问题。要particle size的话算法是这样的，按照中心开始不同
半径统计光强，然后plot一个光强I-对半径r的关系。
散射光强其实就是你实际particle的密度函数的Fourier变换。所以r其实就是你的
particle domain size的倒数(其实严格来说r空间是你的lab coordination的inverse
space)。然后你的光强其实等价于你的概率密度。比如说你最强I的那个r值，就是你的
数均particle size
考虑到你这个里面还有取向，所以可能稍微会复杂一点。但是应该原理一样。算法其实
不难，用matlab就能很容易的实现。
可以参考一下Omar或者Kittle的solid state physics的书。

The size of the bundle and the length of individual tubes should be
available from the 1-D profile. You have to make sure the corresponding q-
range is covered.
The orientation of the tubes can be told from the unsymmetric scattering
pattern, and it is indeed not randomly distributed.
The difficulty comes from the complicated nature of the system in question.
Apparently many parameters play roles in forming this final image. Many
times everything got smeared due to the dispersity of the particles and the
instrument resolution.
