Looks like super league moves faster, either because of video processing, or
it may be light-weight fighting.
Few heavy-weight figher can move as fast as light-weight fighter. The only
exception is Vitor in UFC.
Super league is totally thai boxing.
In the K-1 fight, people seem to use knee and elbow rarely. Maybe it is
regulated by its rule.
Holm is good, powerful side kick and punch. Nagy keeps using front kick,

发帖数: 492 | 2 偶觉得 k-1那场有点儿像“拳击 + 腿”，而且进攻连续性不够，一般的进攻两三下就分
开了。不像super leage 进攻的连续性非常明显，大部分都是步步紧逼，一套组合拳脚，
打到对方躺下为止，呵呵。。。充分体现了戚继光“不招不架，就是一下，凡是招架，就
是十下”的格斗思想。
跳绳很好，偶最近一直在跑台阶，也是想把体能练上去。
