is for rental. It consists of a private bedroom, a full bath, a study area,
a living room, and a laundry room with new washer and dryer (shared). The
furniture for you to use includes a study desk and chair, two bookshelves, a
like-new microfiber sofa, an IKEA futon, a TV stand, a coffee table, a full
-size bed, and a chest dresser. The second floor living room, dining room,
kitchen, and a lovely deck are shared areas. Fios TV and Fios internet are
available for each floor. This smoke, pet, and drug free environment is
available for you anytime.
