have moved out and want to sublease it ASAP, so I will give $1000 move-in
bonus to those who sublease my apartment. Your credit will be checked by the
rental office before you move in.
The apartment is about 1200 sq.ft with two bedrooms of 15.5×13.5 and 13.5×
12 sq.ft, respectively and big living room (potential bedroom). This
apartment is at the second floor of three-floors building, plus end unit,
