Positions: Statistics, Econometrics, or Economics/Applied Mathematics
Location: Dearborn, Michigan
Sencom has three (3) open positions in statistics/econometrics/economics,
working onsite at the best managed and most profitable automobile
manufacturing company in the US. The group is responsible for the Marketing
, Sales, and Services Division (MS&S) in statistical modeling, forecasting,
optimization, new methodology development and system implementation, and the
corresponding globalization strategy and functioning in MS&S.
Qualification:
1. Ph.D. in statistics, econometrics, or economics/applied mathematics;
OR
2. MS in statistics, econometrics, or economics/applied mathematics; OR
3. Postdoctoral candidates in statistic, econometrics, or economics/
applied mathematics.
Working experience: Research or working experience in statistics and/or
econometrics is a plus.
This group has daily communication with a project team in China, therefore
the candidate must be fluent in both English and Chinese.
The position is classified as permanent type in the OEM. The hiring is
immediate.
