They mail the package to Mr. Zhang, Yu'an, vice director of Personnel Office
(ren shi chu). I did not find the first letter although my parent tried
their best. The second time I asked ECFMG to use my Fedex account and
received the letter. From that letter I knew where the first letter went. My
father now got the first one. And he saw many "dead" ECFMG letters there,
