1st: This is a very fair exam. most if not all cases are very common
presentation and I will say FA cover >90% of them. Do not focus on some
weird cases.
2nd: SPs are very friendly and cooperative. I didnot see any tough patients.
3rd: I forget tons of PE, even I had a live in partner to practice. However,
I did all cardio and Pulm exam. So I guess if you have to skip something,
skip PE.
4th: Most patients took some medication and I have no idea what to spell

发帖数: 81 | 3 I did not bother to ask the patient to spell out the medication for
you? I just pretend to understand what the patient said and pass it.
Becasue it takes too much time to spell it out and I am afraid it will give
a bad impression so you may get one point in ICE but lost a point in CIS.
Remember most IMG people failed in CIS. |
