fields and dullness to percussion at the right costophrenic angle. Which of

this shows the patient has small amount of pleural effusions. In a young
patient with pneumonia, the diagnosis should be empyema. Lung abscess takes
longer time to form. And in step 2 ck, it is usually caused by anaerobic
infection.
