345, two copies of medical diploma, one color photgraph) 直接寄给申请人的学

2. 申请人的学校核实后签表 186, 在学位复印件上盖章, 提供学位复印件英文翻
译和成绩单.
3. 由学校把以上1和2所列所有材料一起寄给IWA ECFMG

yes, don't forget to have your form 186 notarized before you mail them back
to your med school..
don't know what school you were in, in my case, you need to mail back
diploma copy and transcripts (if you have had them before), the person who
responsible for ECFMG communication work then will put on a new date and
stamp again
ideally if your school agrees to do so that's perfect...but sometimes you
have to had someone help you to take care of business. if that so, let your
school put all

发帖数: 1086 | 6 You do NOT need to send ECFMG your transcript unless you transfer your
credits from another medical school. ECFMG will send your school 327 for
requesting your transcript later.

transcript should not included in the Form-186 package,ECFMG will request
your transcript when your school send Form327 to ECFMG, so, your school
should send your transcript with 327 form together.
Final Medical School Transcript
When ECFMG sends your medical diploma to your medical school for verifi
cation, ECFMG will request the medical school to include your fi nal medical
school transcript when the school returns the verifi |
