been disrupted by doing uw qs of ck. Oftentimes I was awake until early
morning, which really scares me as I will take step2 ck in a month, and
desperately want to be back on right track.
Some pills make people drowsy, but I know many people in the forum had
similar experience. Could you please kindly reccommend one, and I need to
try first, and prove it won't affect me daytime activities, like formal exam.

Herbals & Dietary Supplements.
我老公也是复习考试,睡眠质量一直很差,经常凌晨起来,或者凌晨才能睡着。step1
考试的时候前一天吃了4片催眠药,第二天上午都昏沉沉的,幸亏考试是在下午,不然
。。。。
melatonin是人体自己的激素,晚上产生的多,代谢得快,第二天早上没有不良反应。
搜索网上的评论也是很好。
我选的是webber 的sleep-calm,因为我看她的成分说明里除了melatonin还有其他两味
,一个可以缓解压力,一个可以改善睡眠质量。但是在ebay上没有发现webber的产品,
大概因为是加拿大的牌子。
你可以到附近的店里的维生素区看看有没有melatonin(99%会有的)如果有 webber的
sleep-calm就更好了。

next day if you take it early like before 12am. Also you can take half a
pill of Benadryl and it works for me too. |

swimming, for an hour, and sleep at night. Melatonin may help you to adjust
the schedule issue. If you feel too anxious, try some xanax at bedtime may
help to go to sleep, too. |
