I would say you'd better be fully prepared of what to say. Also, you may not
get to talk to the PD at all. Always have a plan B in case you end up talk
with the PC, who can be nice to pass the message or just cut you off.
Also, for local programs, I would have written a seperate PS assigned to
them, since location will be a big thing for you and for the PD to know.
