a letter from the Health Ministry to state that the country needs this kind
of train, and they guarantee that the applicant will go back to their
country after the train. For Indian, they can get this kind of letter very
easily. For us, we need some inter connection in the government. Someone did
it, but never tell out how they got the letter. If anyone knows from who we
can get this letter, it will be very vey helpful

Thanks for the detailed informaiton and sorry for the confusing message here
. I only know the programs that sponsor J1 and knows some residents from
Russia and Brazil who holding J1 visa.For chinese graduates,I don't know any
J1 holder,have no idea of the letter. | n**********n
