N年前我也做过住院医生，深深的体会王医生的处境。当年我差一点干出比王医生
更惊人
的举动。不过最后还是渡过难关，笑到最后。以后有空再慢慢道来。
先说说KINGSBROOK JEWISH MEDICAL CENTER,也就是王医生做住院医生的医院。
当年我曾经到那个医院面试过，也差点选了它做住院医生。
KINGSBROOK JEWISH MEDICAL CENTER位于BROOKLYN的中心，是BROOKLYN 环境最差的区域
之一，以创伤为主，大概是NYC里面唯一一个有内科住院医生program而没有medical
student的
医院。这个program每年找十多个住院医生，基本上都是prematch.原来不知道原因，后
来才明
白。
他们每年发出大概300多面试邀请。当年我把它排在好像是第五还是 |

.理论上,这种情况是早晚要出事的.
从另一点上说,既然王医生选了这种地方,就最好做好受虐待的准备.

care if u apply or not. the chief is right, it's better than nothing. if u
have no other choices, take their offer.

现在国内行医也好不到哪里，整个对医生不信任. 还是在美国挨着吧。
老王看来修炼得还不够啊。

the same. Is kingsbrook the worst one? I doubt. If u don't take it,u will
stay in lab and apply for another year without knowing if u will be matched
or not. What if not matched again, the pressure is enormous. Get your leg in
first and it's much easier to transfer to a better program later if u
really hate it.
There r many Chinese graduates from kingsbrook who are very successful.
Boycott kingsbrook I think is very stup |
