As a Chinese and a doctor, I have to say sorry to the victim's family and
lot of my indian colleagues. Dr. Toor didn't deserve death penalty
determined by Dr. Wang. We need to discuss the fact and it might help other
Chinese residents. As Dr. Wang was reported to be missing for couple hours
and Dr. Toor as a chief resident had the right to know what's going on since
he's the one taking care of patients for Dr. Wang duri |

punishment; i just feel sad that Dr. Wand sacrificed himself and his loved
ones to punish him, obviously over limit, and obviously it is not worthy to
do that.
In our life, many evil minded people who tend to hurt others and destroy
people life in order to step up, and b/c they have sort of power in their
hands, they always stay safely. As folks said, law cannot touch every corner
