What kind of Delivery Method will you use? If I choose UPS express, then I
need buy several envelops and stamps, then send them with the cover letter
and DSF to the writer?

Maybe you can provide your personal UPS account number and ask your writer
to bill it to that. Maybe that is polite enough I suppose. Or if you want,
you can prepare for the envelop too. |
