MD，然后做了3年内科residency，2.5年allergy fellow，同时还要做research，然后
去了个top 5

have a decent position as long as we try hard enough.
I think you must be under lots of stress and easily irritable, get some rest
and calm down.

this is investment in Human Capital. You want to make a lot of money NOW, go
to private practice. You want to have a easy life and make a lot of money
later for a long time, you need to "sacrifice" now, take a low pay, work your butt off as an
academic faculty. It's all about choice, people. Depend on what you want. |
