Verify Receipt of ERAS® Documents里都列出来了。 现在ERAS都已经在扫描8
月2日收到的材料了。可在我的MyERAS 的 The Applicant document tracking system
(ADTS) 里一封也没有。是不是有什么需要做的没做就没扫描我的LOR？
刚才读了ADTS 里的 Frequently Asked Questions （FAQs）的第一个问题：
Files such as a personal statement or LoR will not be listed if you have not
assigned it to a program to which you've applied and paid for. To verify
whether or not you have assigned a document, log into MyERAS, go to the

to right place. You may notify ECFMG by email.

发帖数: 389 | 5 不要急，我们是一条船上的。我的2封lor,也是8月2号寄到，8月11号oasis显示receipt
, 但到现在8月15还没有scan. 8月份的的确要等的长些。但相信9月1号前一定可以搞
定。
我的第一封lor,7月19号就收到了，当时犯了和你类似错误，design 了，但没有submit
lor slot. 但只要你的ｌｏｒ有你的号码和bar code， ecfmg/erase 知道放哪里。我
的7月23号才submit lor slot，一周不到就scan好了。 |

还有一个问题，就是我当初邮LoR时一起邮的Cover sheet 都是在 ECFMG supporting
documents栏里的submitting LoR 的说明里打印出来自己填的，而不是在 ERAS 的
Documents 里的 Designate a New Letter of Recommendation Writer后 print
cover letter 那打印出来一起和LoR邮给ECFMG的。我是不是还需要重新再从这里打印
后再邮一份过去呢？ |

发帖数: 389 | 7 你的意思是，你只有DSF (document submission form)，那个有bar code的，但没有那
个waiver的文件？这2个应该都要的。你先给ecfmg/eras 打个电话/email同时，确定一
下问清楚然后再快递寄出。good luck. |

发帖数: 187 | 9 我有那个waiver的文件，就是cover sheet.但这个文件我不是在 ERAS 的
Documents 里的 Designate a New Letter of Recommendation Writer后 print
cover letter 那打印出来的。在 ECFMG 里的supporting
documents栏的submitting LoR 的说明里有这个cover sheet的样本，我把这个样本打
印出来填上后和LoR一起邮给ECFMG的。

刚才又登录MyERAS 看了看，我的MyERAS 的Trick Applications里的 The Applicant
document tracking system (ADTS) 里那几封推荐信都有了。
是不是说已经被扫描了？之前因为我没有Reserve Slots for Your LoR(s)，ERAS就不
知道放哪里，我一Reserve Slots后就立刻显示出来了？Downloaded by Designated
Dean's Office的日期显示的是今天11：30AM。
问题是我8月6日又邮了一封LoR，在OASIS 的Verify Receipt of ERAS®
Documents里还没有显示出来呢。怎么ADTS里就看到了？是不是说其实还没被扫描，只
要你Reserve Slots后就在ADTS里显示？

我看到的LoR确实是在LoR Requests (Submitted)下面。但同时也是在Documents that

扫描之后只显示LoR的序号而不显示推荐人姓名吗？

may i re-assign a letter, for instance, i formally assign a letter to IM,
but i want to change it to multiple specialties. can i just override the
earlier one, or i need to create a new slot for the new assignment.
should personal statement show up in the PostOffice?

发帖数: 1334 | 26 No need to create a new LoR slot. The “specialty” field is optional, and
it just gives one more piece of information so ECFMG can attach correct LoRs
. PDs won’t be able to see this field. If you have a specialty-neutral LoR
, and it's specified for IM, you can use it for other specialties such as
Peds and FM, as long as you're sure the content of the letter is not for IM
only.
