Doesn't matter what is called in China, any clinical trainings before your
medical school graduation is "clerkship". The first year (sometimes the
second year too) of a residency is "internship". Be careful what you fill in
must be consistent with any official documents. Those are important
information used throughout the application and they must be truthful.

clerkship time. Some people count both 实习 and 见习 as clerkship to satisfy
those requirements. Not sure 实习 only is enough or not.

Yes those schools claim to be "world class soon" really can't provide some
basic services for students. You have to get friends/relatives/connections
to work with your school on this. Keep in mind the state of California
requires these clerkships:
A. Instruction in the clinical courses shall total a minimum of 72 weeks in
length.
B. Instruction in the core clinical courses of surgery, medicine,family
medicine, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and psychiatry shall total
a minimum of 40 weeks in length
C. Specific minimum Length of clinical courses:
* Surgery : 8 Weeks
* Medicine : 8 Weeks
* Pediatrics : 6 Weeks
* Obstetrics & gynecology : 6 Weeks
* Family Medicine : 4 Weeks
* Psychiatry: 4 Weeks
实习的医院，他们也说没有具体的纪录，只有一个谁实习过，通过没通过的纪录，请问
