有一部分人天生就是酒鬼， 他们嗜酒如命， 造成他人生命财产的重大损失，他们的酒
权应该被剥夺。 所以医生可以建议取消他们的买酒权， 就像有seizure的病人被吊销
驾照一样。
一旦立法， 受害者就有法可依， 违背法律的商家就要付出代价。
出乎我意料， 他给了我掌声， 并记入下来。 他说要同lobbyists交谈， 争取将之立
法。 看得出他们世家与酒鬼有深仇大恨， lol
我要求从头到尾不要提我的名字，不是我不为CMG争脸， 这些酒鬼在立法后什么事都可
能做得出来。

Limiting human rights is the most difficult thing done in the states. But
everything has its limit. It is not difficult to prove these alcoholics are
incurable and irreversible. They are threatening other people's life, not
even like smoking.
We have to take seizure patient's licence away if they keep driving.
If CMGs keep killing attendings, it will have negative impact. But banning
CMGs may involve racial issues so it will not happen.
However, PDs have their authorities.

立法并不能减少酒精的实际需求，而且会导致其他问题，黑市，代买。

黑市的问题任何国家都没办法。一旦成本上升， 有些酒鬼可能就quit了。

买酒，结果被一个护士看到， 告诉我， 我只有苦笑。
另一个更玄， 两年前酒驾车， 差点丢了性命； 最近半夜回家， 喝醉了， 把车撞进

"How should I do to impress the attending physicians and let them know me?"
Medical knowledge? maybe. But I do not remember anyone asked during the
intervew. I remember I screwed up the question about VA system. I even did
not know what exactly VA is for. Don't laugh at me.
This ETOH case is a good read for people who want to impress PD. You can
voluntarily ask PD with an appropriate timing. If he is interested, you may
say, " There was a moron on medi who proposed ,.........my opinion is .....
......" as long as you can make him give you applause.
Of course, if he is an ETOH lover, you are dead. lol

I guess all Chairs /PDs are some kind of politicians. So they do care about
social problems very much. However, they do not count on your opinions.
They want to see your insight, your maturity and your logics.
It does not matter what your PD's interest is.
