s********o 发帖数: 3319 | 5 I think it depends on what specialty you are going to apply. Some IM
community hospitals do require that you show the GC to them and they will
make a copy of it WHEN you interview there. so you need to bring your GC for
the interview.
for other specialties like pathology, they rarely check your GC during the
interview season. so I think it is OK to say you've got your GC when you
submit your application.
the above commentes assume that you will get your GC by March, 2012; and they are just for your reference.

m********e 发帖数: 212 | 6 You can chose "pending PR". EAD is under the category of "visa status" when
you apply for programs, this will let them think that you need visa to work.
By stating you are a pending PR, you can at least get more interviews. Then
take your time to explain to them what EAD is. |
