According to the case explanation, this patient needs carotid endarterectomy
though.

发帖数: 810 | 2 All consult in CCS will not give you any suggestion. So if you think the pt
need endarterectomy, just order it yourself and then advance the clock to
see the result after the endarterectomy. The point is to test if you know
when you need ask for consult.
When will you give the exam though? |

发帖数: 1373 | 5 same as you. When I first practiced the UW cases, I thought I ordered the
wrong thing when I saw the "surgeons" had no opinion about the case. Then I
found out they never give any suggestions in the software.It is so funny.
Anyway, still we have to order the consult, but also the surgery as well.

think it's neccessary, just go ahead to order the procedure. They just want
to test you if you know how to approach the case and when to ask for consult
