The requiremnts are as follows.
1. fairly good step 1 score.
2. plan to take the exam in september or october.
3. good personality and willing to accommodate and share. Good team work and
ethics
4. Speak very clear and fairly fast
5. Strong medical background and better understanding medical mechanisms
6. Like to ask a lot of questions when reading the books instead of simply
memorizing the content.
7. Strong independent studying skills
8. Strong determinations towards Step 2 preparation
9. Hard workers and are willing to sacrifice personal time for USMLE studies
10.Good English skills.

For people who know me from various step 1 groups, I am a very good leader.
I can accommdate a lot of personal matters from group members. However, I
have my ground rules when I lead a group. I need to make sure that the group
is progressing as scheduled and all members do their shares to maintain a
high level of study meeting.
Therefore, for people who would like to join my group, I would like to tell
people that I will ask you to spend a little more time to prepare your
assignements. Therefore I can guarantee that all members will be benefit
from the group study. It means that you will learn much more from you peers
in the group.
I usually interview all members individually myself and will allow most of
people get in. I will also reserve the leader's rights of terminating
members at any time if I think that some particular members are not
balancing the group well.
The numbers of group members will be capped at fifteen. The material that we
are going to study will be MTB 2 with kaplan notes as supplemental books.
