Q2: A if you choose from A or D, since PE reveals "normal prostate", I might

should be used.
for 36, I chosed D too, but why not A???
for 37, is the intraductal adenoma the same as intraductal papilloma?
because the presentation in the stem looks just like intraductal papilloma.
