原话，是我听后心得。
1）说好英文，不只是发音好，要言之有物，会组织语言，把自己表达出来。
2) Be nice to your staff (nurse), show sincere respect to their work，be
generous with "thank you" and praise. They will support your back in return.
3) Keep calm, keep the speed of your speak even in emergency situation.
4）Handle conflict, 一个原则，be professional,别人的冷嘲热讽就当没听见，改干
嘛干嘛。
5）Keep good communication with your colleges, know them personally,their
family et al.
6）多说，一定要有写作能力，胸中有话才能说的出来。练public speech, 要有草稿。 | k*******0
