And some of hospitals sponsor H1b. But I don't think other hospitals offer
any
prematch.
And the other problem is that I haven't taken step3 yet, and I don't think I
will be able take it by Feb. So my quesstion is:
1. Should I take the offer even with J1? How doable for a Chinese to get a
J1 now?
2. If I want to try H1b with other hospitals, I have to participate match.
So what's the lastest time to take step3 for get a H1b? Could I negotiate
with hospital to take step3 later? because time is the issue for me now.
Please, any advice is appreciated. |

之前前辈说过一句，match就是愿赌服输。 赌得起，就赌。赌不起，早拿早解脱。
不知别人是怎末能拖一阵子的。 不过今年，pre少了，大部分给的考虑时间很紧。。。。

我H1, 我肯定就不犹豫了。 现在办J1的难度到底有多大？ 去年J1 match的前辈能不能
给点建议呢？

发帖数: 286 | 7 J1 physician visa国家政策允许，办理程序已经规范化了，剩下的就要各显神通了。
医学院毕业的多少认识点医院或者卫生局的人（同学的关系，亲戚朋友的关系), 只要
你想办，最终都能成功。

其次关于J1，如果楼主将来不打算搞科研，那J1就是多花点时间和心思。如果对科研比
较感兴趣，建议还是去match吧，走J1基本上就跟科研说拜拜了。Jan还有6个IV，说明
楼主match问题不大，说不定能搞定H1呢。 |

For J1. You can go to rural area for couple years to get it weaved. But you
have to say good bye to research.
