My experience:
1) Practice conversations and record your own CD following scripts in FA,
remember it cold;
2) Read FA at least once, but pay attention to cases only;
3) Remember how to check those signs, youtube has video on this (doing this
saved my neck I guess), very very very important; You apparent smartness
improves instantly after you achieving this.

4) go to one of those courses, I went to Kaplan 5 days, the 12 pts mock test
is very good;
Final words, practice! practice! and practice! I am sure you all will pass:
During my test I sucked big time in patient notes writing, did not have time
to close one case, but and I passed with high performance in SEP, CIS, and
borderline performance in ICE (During my preparations I did not have a
single SP to practice on except ones I encountered during 5 day course...)
